A stanza, is a division of a poem consisting of two or more lines arranged together as a unit. More specifically, a stanza usually is a group of lines arranged together in a recurring pattern of metrical lengths and a sequence of rhymes. Japanese Garden has four stanzas. As required. My understanding is that a stanza may consist of any number of lines.

This poem allows the reader to experience the peace and sensory pleasure of a Japanese garden. It was easy to follow in the footsteps of the from gingkoes to the pond. I especially like your closing line. Rod

Unfurling flowers! Magnificent wording, so was the entire work. I was captivated by the imagery and those moment where intricate opposites to our senses did inhale the work, ( such as unsympathetic wrath so close to walk gently) a design that leaves so reader at rest such is philosophy where we are to remain upon our way, to yearn more for our fears, this work for me held me in such gracious pause, a delightful journey to reflect, to consider, to hope, I wondered of your other work? A treasure to read as this one. You have a delicate framework that can boldly capture our senses that tremble beyond truth. Thank you so dearly for this work, thoroughly enjoyed it. SJ
