This is quite a celebration of another FS author. I have never read any of his poems, who I want to learn about. I understand from reading Debi's poem about him he had a heart attack. This poem balances his personal life with his sharing through reviews with FS community. A thoughtful poem.

person who knows what's
going on with Gary. I was wondering why I hadn't heard
from him, I'll say a prayer
for him soon. He's a nice
man. We have a sort of joking rapport about my
English grammar, or lack

Regina, I just saw this for the first time this morning. What an honor, a thrill for me that you would write this. You make me feel so humble, so blessed. You do me such a great honor, even though it didn't win the contest, it won my heart. I promise I'll take it easy on your next post when I review it. ;))

Well it's just been delivered and I have never been more pleased that I listened to my instincts! You have written a wonderful piece on one of my favorite people in both my worlds! Gary is a man with so much integrity and is full of caring and thoughtfulness for others. His reviewing and feedback are always done with respect and kindness, as he is genuinely happy just to help others. And to top it off, he writes his stories with a great precise detail for the Truth, as you see in his Christian posts as well as biographies of his own life. He is charming and witty, where I swear I can hear his laughter coming from the screen as I read what this amazing man has to say! Great job and choice of person to write about!
