Excellent word choices to paint dire consequences of a life unrepented. Too bad once a person gets to that literal point, it's too late. A good read and certainly one to ponder.

This is a great story. There are countless numbers who have made that trip down that hallway. You have finished this story off with a great sentence - leaving the reader to make the final choice.

I don't the odds of a correct choice being made, for it matches what the majority of humans do every day, and that is why I don't think we are that far ahead of Neanderthal man.
