The questions were perfect for the man 'Ric'. I was entertained by both your questions and Ric's answers. I felt you carved out some of what makes Ric 'Ric'.

Ric is humble. His writing has been pursued by "big time" execs and for good reason!

He writes as the spirit moves him...and reading folks reviews of his work, it's clear he has wide ranging appeal!

I loved this interview, Terry. I learned so much about Ric that I'd never have guessed. Okay, so I've noticed he's good looking, but so was the young Hemmingway. I try to overlook that. I think it is fabulous that he sold a movie script. I'd have liked to know more about that -- primarily, did he submit it, or did someone who knew someone "important" read it and made the introductions. That he received a check for it is the important part. I'd venture a guess that 90 percent of the accepted scripts never make it to production. But checks are spendable.
You tell us this is your last interview. Do your readers a favor, and (based on Ric's assessment) reach out to Gloria. She writes less now than usual, but for my money her poetry stands alone. It's deep, yet worth the dig. You come away from her poetry knowing more about yourself than before, and the rhythms stay alive in you long after you've read the last line.
Thank you for probing into Ric's life. Ric, you are someone I'd like to read more of.
