Love your picture and your poem. We are all heading that way. There are times I feel lonely because I have 8 kids and maybe 1 deals with me as long as it doesn't cost him and one my youngest lives with me and as soon as he can he is leaving. Life can be so lonely at times. keep up the good work and good luck

Well just this morning my youngest son gave me a blast because he didn't want to take me to get my income taxes done. I have no help. If my oldest son could help more he would but he has so much work everyone is after him. None of my kids respect me. My oldest tries to. It hurts. If I could move away I WOULD. I thought I had man that loved me but he was only after my money. You take care.

Thank you so much. I was nearly crying tonight because my youngest son wouldnt take me where l needed to go he called me a user and said a lot to me and if it wasnt for me he would be in the street. I clean after him and prayed he would get his job he just got. He is so heartless and unappreciative. Thanks again and please pray my boyfriend comes back and just do one thing. I love him so much. I enjoyed the poem. It met the requirement of a serious topic with that touch of humor. Well done. Growing older definitely has it challenges and think it best to not take it too seriously.

Got a good laugh reading this, can relate!
Aging well is serious business, it seems that the only ones that want to hear your story are other older folks.
Think it's a matter of keeping your mind and your body active, sad that so many do not and they succumb to the aches and pain of being overweight, plus dementia that is fostered by isolation and the lack of reading anything educational.

Aging well is serious business, it seems that the only ones that want to hear your story are other older folks.
Think it's a matter of keeping your mind and your body active, sad that so many do not and they succumb to the aches and pain of being overweight, plus dementia that is fostered by isolation and the lack of reading anything educational.

You are so sweet, and I truly appreciate your kind & fun review. It is serious, as my mother in-law had dementia. In the beginning it was hard, but as she started to say all these things that didn't make sense, we would have gone crazy if we didn't laugh along with her. Once again thank you so much!
