Thank you for sharing. It is something that we humans, always believe that we are able to regain but once the time is gone, it is done. We have to accept the fact that it is gone. It is hoped that the next day, from today, we would be able to come out from our procrastination.

I agree. We can?t change the past but we can shape the future by what we do today. Glad you like the poem.

Might want to check your syllable count. Should be 1/5/5/9 but the last line has 10.
The poem achieves its goals and even manages to uplift at the end. Although there is a saying that 'tomorrow' never comes
