I just came across this and wish I'd seen it earlier, definitely would have got my vote. It brings up an image of a very drunk, stumbling pig.
It gave me a laugh.

What a nice surprise! Thank you.

This is a witty poem with a play on the words wee wee wee. It gives a reason why the pig from the nursery rhyme did that. In the rhyme it probably meant the sound he made not the action inferred in the poem.
Congrats on placing third in the contest.
Keep writing and stay heatlhy

I enjoyed reading your little pig story. It's a shame he drank so much Pepsi. He may not have had to go wee wee wee all the way home. Great job. Shirley

Ha! Good one. It made me laugh. Interesting a surprising take on the old nursey rhyme. I like how it leads up to the ending and then gives it a twist that I did not see coming. Catchy and fun to read.

I never did like the old nursery rhyme and decided to give it a touch of reality.

I was going to give you a hard time, Joan, until you polished this poem off with a very clever ending. The only difference between Virginia and Maine is the pigs up here drink Moxie.

lol. Thank you. I'm not so sure pigs in Virginia would be that much different from those in Maine if they only had the chance.

Your ultra-concise narrative poem is excellent in every respect--containing a complete plot and conveying a message in an appealing, clever, entertaining way.
