This is a cool concept! It was a bit hard to read at first, but I figured it out. The formatting could be better, but I'm no expert on that, I always have to go back and fix something. I love the line "...my medical chart shows you've melted my heart..." Great piece! Good luck!

I like the theme you chose to describe your art choice : an electrocardiogram.
Glad you chose to write about two hearts that fall in love rather than something more obvious like someone that dies due to heart failure after an accident or an illness.

Pattern poetry is more difficult to construct than when we had computers. There's too much correction with computers. I also sensed with the cadence, shortness of breath. This was a challenge for a contest. Well done.

I like the poem and what it stands for. The intention for the EKG look also would have fit in there nicely. If you look up "free clip art" plus "EKG" you will find clip art of an EKG to use for your picture for your poem.

Fun and cute. I like your attempt at reconstructing the rhythm of the heartbeat -- too bad English doesn't oblige but in an asian (vertically represented) language you'd have great fun with it. You worked the rhyme in well.
