I find my mind walks easier through a dark fictional murder mystery than it can through reality at the moment. Please know that without your support and constant encouragement, I doubt that I could exist. The only glimmer of hope I find is with you and others like you on this site. I am so appreciative of your time and effort to review my story and I apologize for always being behind with my thank yous. please know that I read each and everyone when they arrive though I lag far behind in the thank you department.

This is turning out to be an intriguing and complex plot. So I'm wondering what Samantha is up to. I think James is heading for disappointment and trouble falling for Samantha Things are picking up. I do really like this story. I really like this story. There are so many things happening on different planes. That makes me wonder how you are going to tie them up!

I skimmed through the last few chapters, which I unfortunately missed before, so I didn't do a leisurely read and review, and I think I may have missed a chapter here and there, before -- so I may eventually go back and reread some of it, for a better understanding. It seems that Samantha is playing games with James, who thinks he's the only one who's playing games.
I didn't find any errors in this chapter.

Carol, my dear sister in Christ, I appreciate your apologies, but there's no need for them. I shared your most recent family story with my husband (a very loving person), who didn't know how to advise you, any more than I did. I prayed about it for a while (besides praying for you regularly). Our hearts go out to you, and to Kaitlyn's whole family, especially her father.
Her behavior makes no sense. I won't get too deeply into it here, as this is about the story, not your family. I just don't want you to get sick, as a result of too much responsibility being piled up on you. You need a lot of help right now, and I don't know where you're going to find it, but you can't continue doing it alone.

So I'm wondering if Samantha is "Jaz"? At any rate, it's good the Marian is not only a good actress, she's also clever at eluding the staff and knows all kinds of hidden passageways. That's great!

But this was another very entertaining chapter in the saga. Only saw a couple of tiny nits:
1.) She adjusted the vibrant colored scarf around her neck and strolled
--> compare with first line: James adjusted the knot of his necktie,
2.) It's not even noticeable anymore. The scarf is a reminder.(")
