I find it difficult to say something about this kind of incident. I was at a loss for words. It is too horrible to think that someone took somebody's life. May God bless her soul. Thanks for sharing.

You told your niece's story in this very brief form. She looks like such a lovely young lady with so much to offer the world. How hard for your whole family to lose her so young. Thanks for sharing.

I have to give you an excellent rating on the poem. Very tragic, sad situation when there is abuse. We never realize behind closed doors how bad it is sometimes. You have my sympathy.

I am so sorry for your loss. I think this piece paints a beautifully tragic picture of your niece, but I'm not sure the last line fits with the voice of the rest of your poem, because (and said with the utmost respect) it's more obvious than the rest of your piece.

I think you're going for abrupt, though, so maybe something like "gun shot" would fit better?

Overall beautiful tribute for a beautiful young woman.
