Thank you Marie. I'm so glad you liked my story and found it funny. I was afraid some might think I'm losing it. I was happy that i was able to get my ice maker working again. I would have never noticed I had a problem if the microwave had worked. So I had to write about it. I appreciate all those stars.

Thank you Ben. This is what comes from living alone and not feeling like you're alone. At first, I was talking to my husband and then to Alexa and now I 'm talking to the appliances. What next? The walls?

I do the same and blame it on talking to the Lord. You and I are in the same boat, sure there are widows here to speak to on various occasions but none to flip my trigger. I drive a 2013 Crysler and need not a new one.

I got a 2018 Toyota Cambry after Evan died, to replace my 12 year old Kia. I have both men and women friends at the YMCA but no on flips my tirgger either. LOL Maybe I'm too old.

Well, I could say an angel arranged for my microwave not to work and for me to overheat my coffee, so I would need ice and then I would notice the ice maker wasn't working. That could have been what happened. Thanks for the great review. I appreciate it.
