I really enjoyed reading this piece. It was very interesting and intriguing. I felt drawn into the situation being described. Your words painted such a vivid picture in my mind. Great writing!

I love the poem and the picture fits perfectly. Great job on pointing out the inviting and not so inviting features of the wind. Good luck on the contest!

I like the simplicity of your poem. I like the contrasts, "gentle breezes" "hurricanes". It felt like it should be illustrated so the accompanying picture was a nice touch. I would have liked to see more descriptives telling about the wind and more interaction between the narrator and the wind. But I am no expert.
