These three tersets seem to be about battling to understand COVID and how it has changed our lives. It could also bring in a little depression.
But helping people is a good way to combat this and help others to too.

Having little to do with the pandemic, per se, it has much more to do with those of us who embrace personal struggles along our journeys through life. Thank you, Joan. And may you stay healthy as well.

Well Jesse, since I usually believe a poet's words to be fairly accurate reports of that poet's life, I do believe you have come down a rocky road and you are approaching a better highway. Hold on to that hope and keep releasing through your righting. Best wishes.

You are absolutely correct when it comes to my writing. I share my struggles so that others might relate, as well as the cathartic effect I experienced when I wrote this poem.

It sounds like you have survived a dire situation. I resonate with what you are saying with one exception. I had determined early on that I should never expect others to do for me what was strictly my responsibility. So, when those times came I fortified my spirit with prayer. God helped me through.

I journey through my mind and seek true peace and of course, hope. I am glad you liked the picture I chose for this.
