It's all anyone can ask to be a strong and able person. We need that to keep going. I thought this was a wonderful poem. It showed a zest for life.

(I hope you don't deem that comment as sexist ... it was not intended that way ... lol)
your poem tells us that you fully expect to die at some point, but yet you seem happy with the lot given you

SO good to hear from you again, Sue, and with such a powerful piece that makes me wonder if it wasn't a bout of the melancholies that had you away for so long...that's usually what's gotten hold of me when I fall silent for a bit, and I do LOVE this call to rally the troops. :)
