Sometimes, of course, ties must be broken, particularly if you've married into a family and the marriage has broken with some enmity. I perceive that this may be the message of your poem. You've done well to weave a unique entry for the contest. I noticed you'd entered, now I see the high standard of competition that I face. ;)
