Hi Sandra. Normally I don't read books on FanStory, but know that this is your forte and wanted to peek in to see what you were up to. This chapter is very enjoyable, written well and interesting. It intrigues the reader. You write with flowing ease, able to describe clearly the scene and what's going on. Use of dialect of characters is well done. Nice job here. Marilyn

Thank you so much, Marilyn. I am a poet by nature, and never thought I'd write a novel. but when I posted, what was to be a short story, the reviewers made me keep on going and it ended up from being a 3000-word story, to 770000, words. This one is the sequel. It's been such a fun ride. I'm grateful to you for having a look, that is so kind of you. Thanks again, my friend. :) Sandra xxx

It's fun to see where life takes us and your short story led you to become a novelist. We go with the flow as touted back in the 60's.

This flowed really well, Sandra. I particularly liked the way you handled her pondering on which Sir John this was. Easy refresher on the characters and time line without bogging down the narrative. I am not a fan of attics, too dusty too many spiders, but can't wait to see what you have stored in yours. - Wendy

Thank you so much, Wendy, I'm really pleased you liked the way I brought in the characters from the first book without over doing it. :) Sandra xx
