Hullo Dark Lord ....
Only you can know what led you to share with us, this free-thought writing. There is surely a great deal hidden behind your words which your readers can hardly begin to imagine.
From a writing point of view, there is nothing to suggest changing.
Why not emerge into the light - you may be surprised at what you then may be inspired to write.
Love from ... Nanette Mary.

Very well written; thank you for your words and message. I appreciate when artists can expose the deeper, darker side of reality, of life. The side most people are afraid to acknowledge, let alone, embrace. I wrote a little poem for myself that I put on a painting that states: "The roads that we travel are wicked and strong, but open your mind and you'll find beauty's true song." We just need to acknowledge and embrace the darkness, let it have it's place...allow for the light and the dark :)

Very poetic call on deaths awakening.
I like this very much, as a new leaning
on the subject. In this you succumb to
the ultimate. Eric

My goodness.. this is such
a dramatic piece, my friend..
dark and quite frightening.
I've been near death and it wasn't a
bit as bad as this... I felt I was
floating, but at peace... thank goodness.
A well written piece.

not sure what to thin k of the photo. the poem is separated in identifying stanzas well, yet they all tie in to the main subject very well. You put a lot of feeling into this. Nicely done.

This is powerful. I wonder if you have been to this place -you write about it quite accurately. I wonder what you mean by, "It will end on my own terms." This poem is uncomfortable to read (I mean from an emotional standpoint). Well done.

Excellent walk through the meanderings of the human soul - reaching for the ultimate. Unfortunately, when one is on the knees or lying down, or just close to the ground, the head and brain get closer to the center of the earth and beware - serenity is also closer at hand. That, to me, is the danger of kneeling, etc. What if life became smooth and flowing like water - that would not do!! You choose words very well and have an amazing, courageous take on what it is to be a thinking, breathing human. Thanks for sharing this powerful piece.

Powerful stuff! Particularly the concept of living life on your own terms regardless of the cost. Vivid imagery.
I tip-toe on the verge of insanity.--love this!

This is a scary thought from deaths door. This is a well written free-verse poem. The art work does an exemplary job of representing you work. Excellent job. All in all a solid five.
