This is a beautiful and touching poem to your wife. It's very romantic. Catching moonbeams, catching butterflies and capturing rainbows are beautiful lines.

I remember you showing me a picture of your wife and thinking she was quite the lady and a beauty. It's so hard to miss someone so much and not want to write love stories to them. I believe truly that we do meet up with our loved ones again somewhere when the love was a soul match. Good luck in your contest, however this one is a gorgeous write from the heart and you'll have a great chance without much help. Take care. Nice to see you writing Babee! xoxo Kiwi

Such a beautiful poem for your wife! I'm sure God allows her to know how much you love her. She was very lucky to have a man with the heart of a poet! This is a rare find! I'm sure she loved you just as dearly! Captivating imagery! Love this! xoxo

This was so touching. You did a wonderful job of putting your love, pain and hurt into words. I'm sorry for your precious loss. One day, soon, we will all be together again. No more pain, no more tears.
I can see why God hates death. We were meant to live forever. He suffered the death of His Son. He knows all too well our pain. I pray that you feel His presence.
Thanks for sharing. Hugs

I feel the longing in this poem. I could sense the moments of loss and the continued adoration. This gave the extra push for the emotional aspect this poem is attempting to illicit.
