Hi Dolly,Yes my Mum is a terrific lady and I am so pleased she is still here we lost dad 7, years ago so Mum gets lonely and is still heartbroken so we try all we can to visit and I often stay with her and we share a special bond. ( My birth mother died when I was three and Dad married this Mum when I was six and I loved her from the very first time I saw her so Dad had no choice , LOL and she has been the best MuM I could ever have asked for "She is My Earth Mother" Thanks for reading Cheers Christine

You have given your all in this contest and have not settled for tiny poems, just to get through the month. This one is no exception. What a beautiful poem and tribute to your family, as you may know, or not, I write a bithday or, in my wife's case, a few in that year. But you've done the whole lot. Beautifully and sensitively written. It's certainly among, if not the best work I've see from you. My mum and dad had a fractured relationship, so I never had that good, but I think Elaine and I rectified a that with ours, and boy did it make a difference, God taught me.
