Very well-written, snide type of poem that I feel you were snickering when you wrote it! Love the phrases, do more than just to prick her..polish up that tallywacker...
Smart rhyme pattern, with a Smart-ass finish!
Nicely done!

Hilarious! Please do more than prick her. A call to action for you guys. You can't get away anymore with slam bam or she'll just snicker. "Tallywacker" -- love the name. A cool right.

Wow, thankyou Shari. I loved your review and you summed up my six verser so well...the whole poem was actually built around his tallywacker! Haha
Cheers and glad you got a snicker from this one.
It wasn't for everybody. Nice to know you have my twisted sense of humour! LOL
Cheers and thanks for the top rating and choice words.

Yeah! You are back, Sweetie, and with a big "bang" too! You need to come around more often on this site to spice things up. You're off to a great start here with this one. Aside from the message here (I got so caught up in that) that I failed to see with my first reading that you've got some great rhyme here (flicker, prick her, kicker, thicker, and so on on). You notice I said "first reading." I read it three times--twice to myself and once to Bill. I'll have to look into what a Rondeau is; can't remember all these forms. But I'm sure your modified rondeau is right on target. Loved this one! Connie xoxoxo

Haha, thanks Connie and yep, had to come back with a bang! Just hope this was that and NOT a serious splutter...glad you enjoyed it thrice. Say hi to Bill! LOL Many thanks for your sixer review and rating.
Loved it, and you.

You really did it this time girl!! So many words in here that beg to be unleashed on the readers. LOL you'll make them work I fear. Fantastic, though not really a rondeau redouble.

Thanks Gunga...but I DID say MODIFIED in my title...Ahh...who really care's? As long as SOMEONE gets a laugh, I got a feeling format simply won't matter diddly squat. But thanks a bunch for pointing that out! Its 9/10's a Rondeau Redouble which is close enough for me to mention "modified".

I know that Closet, it wasn't a criticism but just a comment. LOL.

I know that. My response was also NOT a criticism but a comment.
LOL
I don't always like to stick to the rules. Mods are fun.

Hello there Chris. I have been excrutiatingly busy...with life and a publication so had to devote a lot of time to that if I wan't it to be a success. I appreciate your commendable review.

This is really cute. No need for me to google Tallywacker. I have 4 brothers,5 nephews, a son and 2 grandsons and that has been a family term all my life. I don't know what Google has to say but I know how we used the term, ha ha.

Haha, glad you have it worked out...I wasn't sure where the term derived from. Many thanks for your thoughtful review RR.

The piece was witty, with a compelling rhythm and sarcastic edge. The content sparks so much speculation: is it abuse? Or a random hookup? The reader is free to form their own mental picture through clever imagery and caustic wit.
Great job! =)

Haha NOT abuse...unless of course if you call NO foreplay abuse. Hmmm, maybe you are onto something there! LOL Definitely NOT a random hookup...just a big exaggeration of frustrations with the homefires sometimes. Glad you got a little more out of this than an unsatisfied housewife's rant...of course it WASN'T a bio. *smirk*
Cheers and thanks for a choice review. Most appreciated.

Hi I sort of got the drift of it, need an Aussie to explain it. When Gordon Lightfoot started out he sang one " Long John tiddley wacker over grown kidney cracker.it was Austalian. Then he would explain it.
You got your rhyming in there and another good job.
Good bright and colorful setting.
Appropriate accompanying picture.
Well done. Frankeddy

This is a very interesting piece, I will have to admit. Not all that often will you have someone tell it from the female perspective quite the way you have done here. I love the tallywhacker choice of words. This was very smooth reading from one stanza to the next and told of each level of her intensity. Great job.

Haha, thanks so much. I must admit, it started with the word "tallywacker" and just kind of evolved from there. There is a small element of fact in this...just GROSSLY exaggerated.
Cheers and thanks a bunch.
