This was fantastic on many levels. I almost felt the pain and emotional strain within the lines. There is a deep darker release that one sometimes begs for just to ease the pain.
I know when darkness comes it is staggering and overwhelming. The pain rips us apart bit by bit, leaving us at times begging and asking what is next.
I am terminal with cancer.....I understand deaths teeth and claws as it scrapes the soul.
Exceptional my friend, I would have given a 6, it is the hardest thing to do but releasing the pain this way also allows others to feel it on a superficial level.
But I know it is hard to do. Good for you, and hang in there.

A poem that I do not completely understand. I think there is a link here to something quite sinister or bad. It is written in a free verse style and with few, or no poetic devices. There is really nothing with it, but I wish I could what it's all about.
