Hello, Sue - Triolets are
not my favourite with all
the repeating of the lines,
but this is really very good...
an ideal entry for the contest.
Good luck.
Margaret.

I really enjoyed this! I am a big fan of classical music so you had me at Mozart. I was going to make some comments until I read from your author's notes the structure. Have you considered the same theme, but in more free verse? You would be able to talk more about the man and his music. I thing you would do a great job. Just a suggestion. Great Work the way it is!

Hi, this is the first of your work I've read. What a lovely tribute to a great musician. My personal favourite is his symphony no. 40. I think we all carry his music around in our hearts, even those who say they don't.
Well penned and a delight to read. jada

What a beautiful poem. nothing forced and all flowing together.
the wording meets the form perfectly. ( I believe)

Hi Sue,
A lovely triolet written according to the rules. A great tribute to a great man, who is giving us so much joy until today. Good luck.

Loved it!! Perfect marraige of form and subject...a tribute piece works particulary well with the repeated phrases
"I hold your music in my heart
The genius of your talent reigns "
Great lines.

Mozart is amazing. I don't think we will see anyone like him in our lifetime. Triolet poems are so much fun, aren't they. Challenging fitting the format, but any subject could be written in that way. All the best in the writing prompt contest.

This was a fine attempt at the triolet form. It was evident that your subject matter is near and dear to you. One could envision you listening to his music as you conjured up this fine tribute.
Best of luck to you.
Sincerely,
Lynn Radford
