Sue - Simple but powerful. I enjoyed it. Did you know that you were mentioned in elainc4's poem about poets on FS. If not, go read it. And I agree with it. Charlie

I did read jbordeau's poem called "Not to Mention Any Names" about thanking people on FS and my name was mentioned. But, didn't know elainc4 had one. Do you know which one it is? So glad you liked this one, Charlie. Thanks so much for your review and very nice compliments. :-)) Sue
Sorry, I had the name wrong. Well deserved name dropping in that poem.

Charlie, thanks for that compliment :-)

Dear Kid,
Squeeze off negativity, don't for one minute let it grow. Affirm positivity let your spirit soar.

Short, simple and to the point - I love it. You can say so much in such few words. I love what you've said and how you've said it. You're overall presentation is beautiful too. Great job.
Warm regards.

Roisin, as you know, rarely do I write verse, but really felt this one yesterday. So, I really appreciate your very generous review and am so glad you liked it! Yours, Sue

Another well written poem with a great message. I also love the picture that goes along with the poem. One of my most favorite creatures in the world, also one of my best friends. Great work.

Your use of the photo, coupled with the words, make this one exceptional.
You have written strongly and followed form and structure very well, making this a terrific poem.
I love the images you created...
Very very well done.

Ha! I know. If review a haiku, it's 10x longer than the poem! But it's very nice of you. Thanks for your great review. :-)) Sue

Hi
just stopping by. This is a really strong small poem about an issue that consumes us all - well certainly me anyway - having self-belief. I find it hard a lot of the time and need to keep these kind of thoughts close in order to achieve. As you see I identify with this.
Cheers

I have found that just exercising (using) one's gut instinct can trump a lot of confusion. We all deny it at times, and therein lies the frustration. Dang, why don't we humans ever learn?!!! HA! Gotta keep that kernel of passion burning, no matter what it's for. Now, once again....where's your sonnet? LOL!!! Thanks much for your review. :-)) Sue
