A pointed set of questions in this one, mystery poet. Yes, our country's divided. I think the list of our differences is long because of the current leadership and the direction they're wanting to take America. I do not want to go in the direction Biden and Harris have taken us. Nor do I want the trainwreck called Harris/Walz!! There's the end to our demoracy in plain sight.
--Rights taken away from the preborn child and no guards in place to protect them until birth, is not acceptable!!
--Parental rights revoked all because they want a child to have transgender surgery? It's absolutely sick! It's criminal, unconstitutional, against the international law of children's rights, and it's grievous to God. I will not cast my vote for any democrat because that's their platform.
--The open border, fentanyl and opoids coming over like clockwork. Human trafficking especially of unaccompanied minors. Criminals pouring in and our system is terrible in dealing with processing them and sending them back.
--Crime is up in every democrat run city and state. I keep an eye on this.
--Poor Israel. Holocaust no. 1 taught us nothing. They are fighting for their right to exist, their enemies wanting them wiped off the face of the Earth and their god-given land handed over to their enemies. Biden and Harris are ridiculously absent here and waffle back and forth. Some ally we are. We've cursed ourselves.
Having said all that, yes, all are capable, but capable to do what? We can choose between good and evil at any time, and we can and should choose God and His ways before it's too late. We're a mess because God is not a central part of the equation as our Founding Fathers established in our Constitution. We're a mess because we, as a whole, have forsaken God. There's a lot of Christians and Jews in America that need to stand up and vote every single Dems out. Sadly, many claiming to be God-fearing, vote for them and give them praise! Personally, I am sickened by it.
Our vote and our voice is our weapon against the evil trying to consume our nation. Think of Queen Esther. She spoke up in a culture that was men only as far as decision making. She expose Haman's evil plot to kill the Jews by telling King Ahasuerus.
I've been praying for a national revival for decades because we are in serious trouble. The signs of Christ's return are on us and coming faster and faster. Today is the day of salvation!

All I was saying was that whatever side wins, it is clear that this country needs the help of our Heavenly Father. God was kicked out of everything and now it is important that they start inviting Him back again. We need crucial help that only He can provide. We need to make laws He would approve of, not ones that go again the Bible. In light of how I felt about the candidates, I worry about one not capable at all and now the other seems to be in a me me me zone and it worries the heck out of little ole me who is fine at paying the over 300% increase in one year on our property taxes but my voice isn't good anywhere else in this country. That is what my small statement was about in this 5-7-5.

Inviting God back into our decision making and putting Him in back in the mainstream of our lives again would have to make a difference in how our country is run.

I bet you think it should say neither instead of either and move the is to make a statement instead of a question?? That is actually how I had it in the first place but I thought this was more thought provoking. Was that it??

The ten letters I refer to are the minimum letters a reply must contain, I think it's 150. You reply only consisted of 140 letters, that is 10 short of the supposed minimum response. Those numbers may not be precise, there is however an expected minimum response. I often get advised I've not met this requirement.
