This is an excellent one-line poem. Congratulations on your Haiku win. It was great. I'm not a raw pear fan because the texture is a little grainy, but I love canned pears with cottage cheese and cherry on top.

I have never really understood why, but your eight words are definitely true. You could have used strawberries as well. Once again, I've never really understood why.
Love language is a nice way of saying that pears are an aphrodisiac.

    Hi Debbie. Thanks. I am especially fond of a ripe pear. I usually close my eyes and just savor the moment :). Strawberries are yummy too as you said.
