Dear Sandra, I'm so pleased to hear that you're getting stronger everyday and you'll soon be able to leave hospital. You've been hit very hard over these recent months and I sincerely hope that the rest you're now having will build you back up to face a brand new and happier year ahead. By the way, I was fascinated by your comment that you'd attended the same High School as me in Winchester. What a coincidence was that! I was there from 1964-71. I'm wondering where you're living now. But please don't worry about replying to this. We'll speak again much further down the line. Take care Debbie

So glad to hear you are back on the road to recovery, Sandra. It's been a long, hard journey.
I've no doubt 2023 will be remembered as an annus horribilis. Let's hope 2024 brings happier times.

Hi Sandra,
firstly, how happy am I to hear you are on the right side of this virus and hopefully, your asthma will soon be under control and following suite.
Grief throws up so many avenues to search out the cracks and spaces to our vulnerabilities... so be a patient, patient, let the healing process do its thing. Please don't worry about replies and such... the prayers are sent with, and though our love and respect for you dear lady. Just rest, recuperate, repair and return, that is my wish for 2024.
In my thoughts and prayers.
With our thoughts we create...
the power to heal.
Warmest regards,
James.

I am so glad you were able to write this. We have all been worried. Jesse is doing good. Paul went back in and came back out. Bill's wife Kathy still has weeks to go before she can came home. Jim Vecchio 's infection hit him again. Winter beats me up, and Karenias back is playing her up too. Getting old ain't for sissies! Love to you and yours. Karen

Do you have an ETA on your homecoming? Whenever a doctor or a nurse gets snarky, just think of them surrounded
by that black kudzu you write about! haha love you and get well. Karen

Traveling and away from home and my computer for a while now, I'm just now getting a chance to check in and hear your unfortunate news. I'll be back home and in the flow by next Tuesday, so until then, you're in my thoughts and prayers and I hope you'll be well soon!!!

The last thing you should be doing is worrying about replies! I've no doubt Ian's loss made you more susceptible to these other illnesses.
Thanks for updating us...now back to bed with you, keep using that oxygen and doing those nebulizer treatments! (smile)

I'm so relieved to hear from you. I've been so worried about you. When you feel like it, we must chat. I know how Ian's death hit you, and it made you weak enough to become so ill. I love you, dear SATP. I want to hear from you soon!!!!!

My sweet friend, I am so so sorry to hear that you are having health problems added to your grief. I have not been on FanStory for some time so I have not meant to neglect those I care so much about. I'll keep you in my prayers and in my daily thoughts until you are safely recovered. Sending a virtual basket of smiles, hugs and love while hoping you are safe and well. Always, Carol
