Okayyyyyy! Now THIS makes way more sense!! PLUS, this is FIXABLE!! It WASN'T Mitch! He's way too smart to have done that. And he's so chivalrous he didn't throw Miranda's mom under the bus. It is hard grovelling back to someone you have finished with and sometimes it is worth it and sometimes it isn't we will see what happens. I love the phrase: (you can't fix stupid) very American Gretchen. If you put Diesel into a petrol car or visa versa you bugger up the engine, it is a big deal. That woman should have been grateful to Preston and apologised. But stupid people are often selfish people.
Another fine chapter and I loved Amada's strong Mother too, ha ha ha, love Dolly x x x

A well written chapter. Pride does come before the fall. And I like that line, you can't fix stupid. Both women had their prideful moment. One will wreck her engine, will the other a relationship?
