This is a lovely, yet sort of sad, story. I am just learning that you were in the hospital, and I am putting you into my prayers, now, as well. It is good that you have your Graham. I lost my Michael almost four years ago, and he is terribly missed.

I am so sorry for your loss, Monica, it's so hard to lose the one you love. But I do believe they still watch over us and I'm sure your Michael is beside you. I lost my first husband over 40 years ago, and brought up my two young sons alone. They kept me going, bless them, and are wonderful fathers themselves now. Unfortunately they were too young to remember much of their father, which is the saddest part. Thank you for your kind thoughts, my friend. Warm hugs, Sandra xx

aw, thank you. I know I've still got to rest, but I'll know when I need to, the tiredness takes me over and that's it! I still have many symptoms, but I know they will go one day.

Thank you, Dolly. I just couldn't do any more jigsaws, and really wanted to start another book. I've promised Graham I won't over do it, and will only work for a couple of hours a day to start off. And I know there will be days I won't want to get out of bed. Long Covid is really awful. Thanks for the good luck with the book. I just hope it goes down okay and there aren't mega errors in it! Hi Rosemary, thank you. Yes, all my books have been published, except the last one. I have a lot of editing to do with that one before I get it published. I have 7 books including a colouring story book for children. Then I have 4 books for the older children, and five novels for the elder readers. With the last book I wrote, that would be 6 grown up books. Now I'm starting this new one. I do enjoy writing! They were all published after posting on here. The children's books were published with a traditional publisher, but they went out of business owing hundreds of authors thousands of pounds. After that I went the self-publishing route, which many well known author's do now. It costs nothing with Amazon's own KDP publishing, and you get to keep all your royalties. I always ask the authors to tell me if they see anything that needs correcting, and then I have what is called, Beta readers who go over the manuscript line by line. My new novel is very different, but I'm hoping you will all like it.
It was such a lovely day Graham and I went for a short walk. I'm lucky that I live on the edge of a nature reserve, so it's a very pleasant walk. I want to build my steps up, it will take some time to get back to what it was. But, I will get there!! Warm hugs, my friend. :)) Sandra xxx

I am happy for you, Sandra. Yet, I see this notice as fiction when it ought to be non-fiction as it is all about your health and how you are coping with it. I love the idea that you are walking again and taking one step and a time. You will improve exponentially as you progress toward complete healthy and as good as new. I appreciate you asking I am doing as well as can be expected I am still in a wheelchair and I only walk a few steps with a walker other than that I am wheelchair-bound.
