This is a well written poem. I like the interpretation and the idea. Every stanza is just so soothingly pleasing. Good flow and presentation. Splendid vocabulary to begin with. Looking forward for the next post. Keep up the good work.

I really loved this poem about life on a farm. Your words painted such a great picture, that I felt like I was there. It flowed beautifully with language that was like a song. Thank you for sharing this.

Oh, such a beautiful photo to highlight your wonderful poem...And wondering if that is truly one that you took, if so, seems you are quite the photographer. Australia seems to be a beautiful country with a lot of open space.
Enjoyed reading your rhyming poem about all those animals and can't help to think of my husband's smart phone, who instead of having a normal ring, he has been having it set on a loud rooster call being he's hard of hearing, though I'm not, and quite embarrassing it is when we walk in the mall together or are out in about. Though it would be wonderful to have chickens & roosters and all that were listed in your , hope to get that, maybe in the near future, as we have just two acres out in the country that is just a vacation spot now for us with a house & trailer on it...and city life is starting to get us down.
