It seems many people of today, at least in this country, listen to opinions and don't do the research to find the facts. The research is there, but one needs to do a deep dive to get the facts, not just read the first thing that comes up. Thank you for sharing your God given talent with us.

Don't they say "Don't judge a book by it's cover"? things aren't always as they seem on the surface and we must take time to gather facts before we draw a conclusion. Fake news media tends to sway many... and fear of the unknown takes over since most want something (right or wrong) to hang on to. Great food for thought, Roy!

I h ave been expressing this reasoning as I read the posts on Trump in particular. I think that your friend g ave you some wise advice. Your poem is a word of caption to all who quickly jump to conclusiones. Carefully consideración have saved me many times from hasty regress.
