Jack In The Box fast-food franchise still around? Did your friend see this poem? How old is she? Her name must be Karen. Nice looking presentation! Like the colors and bold font that makes easier reading, OK, just noticed that this is a Happy birthday contest entry! The first one I have seen today. Looks like a good contender for this contest. I was just happy to see your smiling face. The tornado did a number on my property and the river threatened me, but not electricity and water was the worst. But here I am...All is good! And so are you!!!

92 mph winds snapped off all the trees around this subdivision and on the highway, but my house is good...thank heavens! It could have been a lot worse.

Thank you so much, Dr. Nad, for your generous review and kind words. I just learned it was supposed to be a Limerick, which I did see anywhere. So, I just went back and added my first Limerick ever at the end. LOL. Now I'm just wondering what I've messed up this time. Much appreciated!

L O L, I can certainly relate to a lack of perfection, and always appreciate mercy when it is applied. You don't need to go far to see where I messed up on my review for: "Birthday Wishes".
I use talk to text and what I said was: "this is a fine piece." That's not what showed up on your review. Oh well! You sir, are most welcome for the review, I happen to know that you nominated me for the reviewers nomination vote. Again I say thank you for that.

Hey, brother, Tom, I've missed your morning chuckles that start my days off on a plus note. I've been traveling for about five weeks and was only able to jump in a few times and review a little. I intended to keep up, it just wasn't possible, so I had to dump my inbox and start from scratch. But I'm happy to be home and anxious to get to reading what makes me smile. Much appreciated!

I had no idea until some sweet person messaged to tell me it was supposed to be a Limerick. I went back to check the rules thinking I'd lost my mind, or the rest of it at least. But nowhere did it say write a Limerick, there was just an example of a Limerick, which I figured was just the example's choice for a poem. LOL. Thanks for taking time out for my foolishness. A very sweet person just enlightened me that the poem was supposed to be a Limerick. LOL. Nowhere does it say write a Limerick, which would have taken even less than the fifteen minutes I spent on mine. But there was a Limerick example. I just didn't put the two together. :-) Much appreciated!
