Your lovely poem reminded me of a novel Jake Cosmo Aller mentioned he had in the works . ( if I recall correctly)
It is about two oriental lovers that had been cursed and they kept on being separated by Death.
According to karma, they are reborn but by the time they finally find each other again one dies.
These two lovers are continuously searching for each other in their new reborn bodies ( they retain the memory of being lovers and they want to be reunited)
