Thanks for this resume, Barbara. It certainly made me want to read the book. The characters are fascinating, with the possibility of the obvious romantic sub-plot.

A hunky hero with a vulnerable heroin - sounds cliched, but your writing is so good that I doubt that will show. The main plot sounds like it will draw us in right at the start. Lots of (rhetorical) questions - like the old time move serial 'cliff hangers'. Can't wait!
