Well, sounds like this has taken an interesting twist - a blind detective. She'll probably solve the case simply because she is NOT relying on her eyes to blind her as to what's taking place.

The honeymoon was written in a very romantic way. Nicely done, Sal!

Have a good week writing - look forward to reading about the new detective.

Pam

Thank you, dear Pam. I?m so glad you enjoyed this chapter. My six books before this are my Blind Girl Mysteries. I have posted them all on FanStory first before publishing most of them. I have five on Amazon Books and Kindle, and three are on Audible. My latest on Audible was yesterday. I have an blindness fundraising event coming up and book signing so I am very happy to have a teaser about my latest, Tommy Thompson mystery (which will have me in it for a few chapters as the blind detective.) Many of my followers are very excited about this addition to the new book. I am having fun with this book and hope you can join in from time to time.
Sending you my very best today as always.

Willa's storyline with her first boyfriend was written well, Sally. A lovely romantic honeymoon story. I'm looking forward to the Blind Detective being involved in this case.
Great chapter.
Cheers

Ahhh, so Sally Law's on the case again! They are in good hands now!

Nice romantic scene with the happily wed couple! What a sweet family starting.

I love the way you switch between scenes. It keeps the interest going.

Great job,
Rhonda

Yay! We'll finally get Sally, the blind detective on the case!
I'm not into the romance or the wedding thing but was happy to see Debi and Glen at the party. I also liked that Tommy's sister will join the force. Seems like a great team is put together here!

Another exciting chapter of the Aspen Grove Murders. (I really like the name of that town, by the way!) The wedding sounds wonderful and the honeymoon even better. I'm eager to learn more about the blind, cold case detective,

I commend you, Sally! Your honeymoon scene was handled with delicacy, even with Willa's confession to Tommy. I don't see why this required any notification of sexual content. (Though ... as you might guess ... some might be drawn to it because of the warning. If they were disappointed, they need to check with their therapists!)

"I like her already."
"I do too. Here's the kicker--she's blind." [Ah-ha! could we have a little character crossover from one novel to the next? This is going to be interesting, Sally.]

This is a perfect addition to your novel.

Jay

Dear Jay, thank Yu our so much for the lovely review and super stars! I'm so very blessed. Thanks for what said about the sexual content warning. I wanted to be more safe and sensitive to my followers than sorry. I don't usually go there in my writing. Sending you my best today as always,

So the blind lady is going to be a part of this story after all. That is good because I've been missing her. The wedding and honeymoon seemed lovely. I 'm really enjoying the story and thanks for encluding the Casablanca clip. It brings back memories.

The honeymoon is over for Willa and Tom, or did it just begin? They sound like a nice couple full of expectations. Toward the end of the chapter, the blind girl is coming to aide help to the police force....a good chapter.

To write a book take patience and it is obvious you have what is needed. I normally bypass longer chapters. Concentration for periods longer than 300 words leaves me usually though I like what is written here.
