Now that must be the most oxymoronic poem that I have ever read. If anyone didn't know the meaning of the word, they sure do now! A delightful Jekyll and Hide pen picture that shows the endless contradictions in the human character! Much enjoyed!

Hello, Chrissy, :)
Again! This is a well-written poem with great rhyming and beat. The rhythm is great, just keep writing like this. The rhyme is just right.
Take care,
Nome

I can't believe I am able to read two in a row. Another exceptionally well written poem that is loaded with both imagery and emotions and it flows smoothly. I enjoyed the read.

Your use of these oxymoronic phrases is great. Language is a funny thing, isn't it. 'Pretty ugly' is one we use a lot.

Your well written and well rhymed verse tells of the contradictions that make us who we are. A little of this and that. Never dull.

Comment from Gloria ....
You've got some really good oxymorons in this fun post, Christine. Clearly confused, lol, good one and so is loud silence. When you think of it, the way we put language together is quite amusing.
Very much enjoyed reading this one.

Christine--What a clever poem. This should probably go into a grammar book for children, becasue it is the perfect description of an oxymoron. Excellent graphic! Well done!

Hi Susan, Thank you Ha Ha That in itself may be an oxymoron Grammar and Children .
Sometimes I wonder what they learn at school for Grammar, spelling and maths seem to be lacking in many children and young adult. Being a teacher of Nursing students Sometimes my mind boggles with their inability to do any of these things correctly Still they may learn one day Hmmm Ha Ha Cheers Christine
Comment from Sandra du Plessis
A very well-written poem about being in a state of oxymoron where we feel the opne thing while we doing or feel the opposite at the same time. It can be frustrating at times.
