Lol. Well the humor of the limerick does shine through. I find limerick's hard to write because of trying to get the meter and rhythm just right. Cute picture, too!

Christine--What an excellent limerick. Your drawing confused me a bit, but I understand that you were writing off of its title. Just a thought--write another one about a turtle with a pack on its shoulder? Your nursery rhyme series could well use a creative drawing. Hi Debra, Thank you and I am afraid it wont pay much more as this is costing me a fortune to do a poem a day and then trying to promote it every day I spend about $30 .00 so By the time I finish for the month it will have cost about $800 dollars. Just as well I work and this is a real indulgence on my part. Cheers Christine
