Thank you paying homage to the members of FanArt who unselfishly lend their wonderful artworks to complement our poems. The members surely deserve a poem or poems.

I seldom use FanArt's artwork, but each time that I do, I am most gracious, and I always credit the artist for the usage og his/her work.

Hi, Christine. I have my paintings on fanartreview. I agree. It is a nice little community of artists. There are many fewer members over there than on here. But, this site has been real stingy with me when it comes to cent pumps. Thank you for this tribute. Thank you for sharing

Hi Pam, I must look for you work bit it is good to look through the images and ai can usually find one for my work although I have used other resources but usually use FanArt. I spend a fortune on this site it does cost a lot to prompte but I justify the spending as it is my 'hobby' and it does annoy me when I spend $3.00 a pump only to move one space. This is a very creative poem and a great tribute to all the artists. I echo your appreciation! The art work is so important when posting our writing. It compliments and adds a layer of depth to the poem. I also noticed that you rhymed some longer words to which is not always easy such as compliment/prominent and selection/connection.

Hi lyenochka, Thank you and yes This just came to me as I was searching for an image one day so I went with it and I think it worked OK. I can't paint but can copy and years ago used to buy comic books and draw the covers. But from scratch stick figures only LOL Cheers Christine

This poem, FanStory FanArt, which is a tribute to the inspirational art found on the sister site. I, too, have mined the work there and see others using pictures and paintings as well. One day, when I publish my masterwork, I'll need to contact folks and buy their images. That's going to be expensive.

Hi Bill, Thank you and Hang the expense it will be worth it. I seem to spend a lot of my hard earned money here it costs me $32 dollars every time I post with promotion etc so it all adds up very quickly and especially this month I will have spend around $800 dollars. This is an expensive site but so addictive. Just as well I still work Cheers Christine

Christine--I second that notion! Too many times I have felt my words were somehow lacking, whether through my own lack of skill, or my inability to fully express what I want to say. An image always help. Some of them are so creative. Thank you for starting the appreciation parade!

Hi Susan, Thank you . Before I joined FS I never put images to any of my poetry never thought I had the need to but it seems the done thing here and it does lift the words up. I dont think I have seen many poems without images. Many though have so much attached to them it makes them often hard to enjoy the poets words. I do enjoy strolling through FanArt to pick them Cheers Christine
