Well, once more, Roy, you've penned a poem that uplifts and inspires, and what better time than the season of rebirth is there to talk about love and purity? I hope this is as well-received for this contest as it should be! "Now God is love; revealed in Christ, who came to save all men..."
Indeed - the one thing above the law. Blessings, my friend.

This should be 'bottled' and sold. It's an absolutely beautiful piece of writing worthy to be framed and hung. I haven't checked the contest, but if voting is still open, You definitely have mine. Beautifully done.

Thought stimulating piece. It flows well. Rhyming is good. Raises lot of questions. I found it engaging. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Hi, Roy
Another wonderful poem by one of my favorite FanStorians.
Love this stanza:
'Jesus said, "placate that blow
and turn the other cheek;"
a gentle word will turn away
that rage before its peak.'
I wish you the best of luck with this superb entry in the Easter Poem contest.

This is a fantastic entry to the Easter contest, complete with a stunning
picture of our Lord and Savior. I do not know how people deal with life
without Him as their center.
looking forward to reading more of your work soon

Very pretty poem. True heart of Easter. Great picture. You explain well how love can be the key to solving problems. I like the last line one consuming thirst...true selflessness is like that in any context. Good luck in contest.
