You had me completely fooled on this one until the end. I did like this one. It is a very touching story and I could feel the emotion.
No mistakes. I am glad you are finding time to write again. We haven't seen you around much lately.

Thought it was a usual reunion with some kind of stories about their separate life. But this is a reunion in heaven, after crossing over, and it gives one a great pleasure to see a mother being received by her own son on arrival. A comforting thought for a mother who lost her son at birth. The writing is fine and I love it.

This must give consolation to the many who have lost a baby
to know they will be reconciled again one day

What a wonderful story. I loved the ending. Absolutely divine

Is it possible to see heaven in this life? Perhaps in spirit, but only if that spirit has progessed up the latter of enlightment where the soul has again become as a child, pure in essence. Then yes, there might be a glimpse shown of the unknown.

Jan, I am deeply touched by your wonderful story, and appreciate so much the dedication to Amy and our family. I will copy this and give it to her. I know it will bring her even more comfort and peace.
I am sorry it has taken me so long to read this, but I know you will understand. Amy and Brad's little boy was born on Tuesday and we will have a graveside service Saturday morning. We had some very special experiences in the hospital holding little Jeremy, It was a time to say hello and goodbye. We do know we will see him again and that he will be an important part of our family, as related in this beautiful story.
This was so very thoughtful of you, dear Jan. I deeply appreciate you. Thank you for using your gift of writing to touch the lives of so many.
Blessings,
ellen

Jan, you know I haven't been around much lately. Still, I look for your name in my messages; you're a writer I want to read.
Although I like your 'farm wife' stories better, I find any of your stuff has a smooth quality that makes it like reading warm butter. No strain, no awkward phrases, no forced plots. Good work.
