The plot thickens, as the saying goes. I love the diary aspect and the bit about calling Danielle, Bean. I wonder what happened to the name, Sarah.
Oliver is beyond creepy, he's now bordering on dangerous. The mystery is deepening, my friend,
Great job,
Rhonda

Did I miss something before, or will I need to read further to know why The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe would be so frightening to her? It is good she is talking to Callum, but I wonder how long she will be able to do this. Good writing to make the reader think and worry about Dani.

Well done, Jacob, for keeping this really creepy, foreboding ambience going. I was thinking that, perhaps, she'd been drugged but, whatever the case, Oliver certainly has some, seemingly, sinister power over her. Thanks for sharing this excellent chapter. Take care Debbie

So...Danielle has a history of some panic attacks. Luckily Callum is there for her to touch base with. The diary sounds promising, or at least reassuring so far. The only suggestion I had was with this sentence:
Now I've said I've a feeling bean's going to be a girl,
I kind of think I would capitalize Bean.
On to more chapters!

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this Chapter. I admit I have not read the prior Chapters but I am certainly intrigued to know what happened before this moment and especially what is to come. I like your style and the story. This will make for a very exciting book.

I'm glad Oliver isn't keeping her from seeing Callum. Oliver isn't stopping her from using the internet although he seems to hesitate about it. These people seem to be trying to make everything seem normal like they aren't trying to hind things but she not getting the answers she needs. I anxious to know if the diary will reveal anything.

Hmm..Did Danielle's mother have something going on with Oliver. Id that why they've brought her back? Is she possibly his daughter? Lots of questions. I wonder if she will share any of hers with Callum. I hope so.
Smiles, Carol

I'm glad Callum is there for Danielle to talk this over with. I am wondering why her mom was so worried about telling Oliver she was pregnant. I have so many questions. I like this story.
