Douglas.
I'm caught up on all the chapters and I can't stop snickering.
I can easily picture each chatector in my mind as I'm reading through the story.
I love the names to go with each. Very creative.
Looking forward to the next chapter.

This is such a refreshing and humorous story, Doug, and a delight each time to pick up again. You've absolutely nailed it with your alliterative character portrayals and, with Hattie at the helm, things can only go from strength to strength in their murder investigation. Plus, it's always so inspiring to believe (even in fantasy) that old age can be fun and adventurous after all. Well done! Debbie

Judiverse wrote a script on something similar to this, I love the added, descriptive applications and personality traits additions to the story, with the evidenced quirkiness and differences of the characters, the theme seems incidental to the plot, well done Douglas, blessings Roy

And the plot thickens. This is a fun mystery, and I am really enjoying reading this. It's a light story unlike the rest you've written. Easy reading.
I'm glad Detective Steele is hunky too, but probably not a hunky as Greg.
He was a friend of my deceased husband Paul. (husband,)
who visits every Sunday." Joy revealed. (Sunday,)
found Mr. Howell dead on the floor between his bed and the Davenport. (davenport)

Senior sleuths sound just as mysterious as ghosts as detectives. Hopefully, they can hold their train of thought long enough to track down some of this information. Very humorous and a fun read.

Nicely written. Good plotting.
The boner floor, huh? (smiley face here)
Davenport should not be capitalized.
Danny DeVito.
Your story continues to hold my interest. Good work and best wishes.

The seniors sound like they've returned to their teens. I guess they need something to keep their minds active. This story reminds me of Judy's story of the lady in the senior center who keeps solving murder mysteries.

I have seen that reverse back to teen years in some elderly centers. Tried to capture it!

Well, they are an unlikely group of detectives, but they'll have fun, and probably solve plenty of untoward happenings. The idea of such a facility is very unnerving. Hope I never end up in one. Well written.

My children to one when they were infants as the elderly enjoyed them immensely. Now they do art shows for several.
