Well, I am in full agreement with your law: "The law prohibiting show-offs with their cold, bully tactics and those who ridicule the less fortunate." I may be wrong but I believe this is something you can do. I don't know the procedure but it might be to get a whole bunch of signatures. Whether you get enough signatures or not you've got mine. Lol best of luck in the contest. Even more than that, best of luck in reforming human nature. LOL
