I've been told mentioning coffee and particular food also but coffee is a crowd pleaser: "I went into our break room and grabbed a coffee mug and poured a cup of the Elixir of the Gods." you have given it to do respect by alluding. The reader is going no no open the envelope:"s the Detective Lieutenant of Detroit PD's ninth precinct homicide division, I had little free time. So the envelope would need to wait." More mystery. Finally there is completion. This was a lovely story.
