I like this but I think you are suffering from reaching the word count and deleting a couple of words. Since I created this contest I can tell you there are no disqualifications. If you wanted to add 2-3 words no one would notice. Good luck.

Since being disqualified for writing in Allegory in a competition I expressly stated you may write in allegory I will never use the incompetent contest committee again. My complaint was even ignored.

Hmm, the heart of a killer in a transplant, that takes over the new host body at night, and continues to kill. This is written well. But the premise is a very well used one in many stories, movies and TV episodes, with eyes, hands, heart, etc.
