Interesting post on Costco. nHere in the Northeast we have BJ's wholesale competing with Costco. We first joined both clubs, and finally just to BJ's. It is closer to the house. The one thing that drove me nuts with Costco is the aisles are not labeled.

yeah and they are moving stock around all the time hard to find things at time.

As a Brit living in UK I have heard of Costco but know very little about it so I found this to be very interesting and enlightening. I found the incident with your wife being intimidated very scary as we never know what people are carrying although we don't carry guns over here. I enjoyed reading this.

yeah that was a scary incident. In general COSTCOs tend to be welcoming safe places and there have been no mass shootings there but have been at Walmart and Target which cater to more working class customer. COSTCO customers tend to be weathier.
