A great poem of reflection, memories, passing of time. I liked the thought of memories as small echoes of moments and some great examples of these from your experience. I viewing the video of the dancer in her 90's I believe with dementia who began performing all the body moves to Swan Lake remembering her Prima Ballerina days it was so moving to watch. I'm glad you thought to bring this into your writing!
