Teri, thank you so much for the very lovely review of this. I have been feeling this way for many years as we wished dad's the best on this day. And although I give praise to our Lord daily and I ask him every morning to let me be a blessing to everyone I am in contact with and to lead me. So it just seemed so right to do this poem. Thank you again my sweet friend!

celebrate the day, I believe few, if any, think to give thanks in
the way you have done. Your presentation is super--the color
scheme and image set a perfect tone from the start. Yes, He
has the whole world in His hands. Your rhymes are smooth as
is the flow. You gave great, and true examples, of who/why
we should all celebrate the One who is out Father in Heaven.

Thank you my friend! As much as I love entering contests, this one I felt compelled to do on my own. I was a little nervous about how it would be received, but it was what was in my heart so I couldn't let that bother me. I do thank you for your kind review and your gracious and kind words.

Beautiful poem Debi. Having grow up without an earthly father, I learned early in my life that my Heavenly Father was the one who I turned to for everything. Those feelings of love, faith and gratitude for my Heavenly Father have grown over the years.
