Oh, boy, that Sam made some dreadful promises to that horrible man. I hope she has a plan to make sure that none of her promises happen and that they can get Jaz safe at Francine's. Great progress in this chapter, especially with Allie realizing the danger she put everyone in.

It looks like Samantha is playing James like a violin, and he doesn't know how to control himself, but a meeting has been set up with him for the morrow, but Allie is not in a great place at the moments and Garth it endeavouring to guide her. Beautifully written Carol, blessings Roy

I find this chapter interesting. Wonder if Sam is over-smart and hopes that James will swallow her bait, hook, line and sinker. James may be in for a shock daydreaming about Sam. I liked the flow of the dialogues. Keep them coming! Cheers!

Let's hope Allie played her role well enough. And that James has fully taken the bait on Sam's line. She is cunning and clever - are men really that horrid, salivating over his anticipated pleasures? Ugh. I can sense the rush towards the final denouement, and you are building it up so well. Looking forward to the next.
