Maybe turned into a yes, lol! This is pretty darn good! Flows nicely without any choppiness. The imagery is good as I could see the events in mind's eye quite clearly. Nicely balanced detail. Interesting and a bit naughty which made it a fun read!

May have missed a comma, but don't quote me on that, lol!-- up her hair(,) and hidden her curvaceous

I liked the phrasing here-- blonde tresses now set off by cherry lipstick.

You do better at humour than I as the last I wrote just recently for a required half the length wasn't nearly as funny as some of your pieces I now recall reading...if that makes any sense, lol!

Excellent

I found this very clever. A vixen using sex appeal to get away with murder. On that note, when you mentioned that the judge's summation was suprising, you may want to mention it was a surprise to everyone but Gaby. It would seem that since she was in on the scheme, it wouldn't surprise her.

I believe thoughts should be italicized not quoted.

I had written 'surprisingly to many in the courtroom' but had to chop it down to make the word count.
As for thoughts in italics, that may be one way to do it....
