Thanks for introducing me to a fun new poetic form. I don't think we've had a contest for this, since I've been on the site (which isn't long). Maybe your beautiful poem will inspire one. Great job.

Marcia, I saw Ward9 did this form the other day and had not seen it before. So, I had to try. I think you have a good idea there. I'll think about sponsoring one. Thanks for the idea. And for your great review. So glad you liked it! Sue

Marcia, I just started the contest you thought of. Would love for you to join up. Only $2.00!

Oooh, cool! Bless you. I'll check it out. Would love to try one! Thanks.

Well, I tried, but I guess I didn't do very well. It was fun. Might try it again sometime. Thanks. Marcia

Good testimony to keeping your word. Your message is real and honest. Love the art work. Very artistic presentation. The hands seem to hold the world, as a man's word holds his character. Good job.

Good afternoon Sue. I admire your ability to work on different styles of poems. I found not only the shape good but the message to be powerful, that's the way thiongs used to be. Thanks again, Loyd

I love this, Sue. It's a really interesting format - I might give it a go myself. The poem itself is beautiful. Your well chosen words read so well with such rhythm. I really wish I could stop rhyming - it's starting to annoy me, lol! Every time I try to write something like this, my pen just finds a rhyme! You've done a great job.
Warm regards.

Nothing like knowing you can take someone's word, isn't it? A great feeling. Integrity: the backbone of civility. I really enjoyed writing in this form and so glad you liked the content! Thanks so much, Sue

Love the artwork, your words fit like a glove to it, I like this style of poetry and will definitely have to give it ago my very busy, creative friend. Reminds one of the old saying a mans word is his bond, and so it should be! I liked this one Sue, very much.

Your poem was great and had a strong message about Man's word. I believe people who always keep their word are full of integrity. The artwork went perfect. Thanks also for educating me on the different types of poetic writing. I only know the simple stuff.

A rictameter. I learned something new today! All the different forms of poetry make my head swim. I enjoyed this and am amazed by how well you did. It seems that writing in this form would be constraining (all I've ever written is free verse LOL.) Thanks for sharing :-)Chris

It's interesting how some poetry makes, designs of sorts. This is a good poem, if only more people were honest. It's sad in a way, the rising crime rates, desperate people are now turning to crime to solve financial, or personal goals/greed. I know there are still honest people, this poems reminds me of that fact and lends some comfort in these trying times. Great job!
